The Phresh Kids performed at Shape Up America on top of the Beverly Hilton Hotel to promote awareness and demonstrate prevention and reversal solutions for childhood obesity. Phresh Kids blew the roof off when they flashed their “phresh phreezes!” It starts with a hip hop dance sequence on the Phesh Kids Mat symbols and ends with a strength building power yoga hold and/or breakdance freeze a.k.a. a “phresh phreeze!”
